CAN MINORS ATTEND?
Guests are invited to bring along their own children, or those for whom they are the legal guardian. Nieces, nephews, neighbors, or friends of the guest’s child are not allowed. Sorry!
HOW ABOUT THE WEATHER?
Our famous New Mexico weather rarely disappoints, and Labor Day is usually one of the best weekends to be outdoors. Guests are encouraged to bring a hat and sunscreen. Check local weather on the day of the event. Rainstorms at this time of the year are usually quick and welcomed, and the festival won’t close unless the weather is extreme or dangerous. There will be no refund for weather-related reasons.
CAN I BRING DRINKS INTO THE FESTIVAL?
You are welcome to bring in sealed bottles of water or soda to the festival, but no outside alcohol or open containers will be allowed in. Also, no coolers will be allowed at the festival. Due to state alcohol law, no other type of alcohol may be consumed on site. And if you buy a bottle of wine or beer to take home, you aren’t allowed to open the package and consume the contents on site.
CAN I TAKE MY DRINK WITH ME WHEN I LEAVE?
Nope, sorry. State and local alcohol laws prevent any type of open container leaving the festival. This includes open bottles of water, sodas, or any other non-alcoholic beverages, too.
CAN I BRING MY DOG, CAT, PET KOMODO, OR OTHER CRITTER?
As much as we love our furry friends, pets are NOT allowed at the festival, even if they’re on a leash. Exceptions will be made for documented service animals.
CAN I PAY AT THE GATE?
You bet! The festival is set up to take cash or credit cards. No personal checks, please.
CAN I GET MY TICKETS IN ADVANCE?
Just click on the BUY TICKETS link above to purchase tickets online. It’s faster and even with the online processing fees, it’s less expensive, too!
I LOVE WORKING AT FESTIVALS LIKE THIS. GOT ANY JOB OPENINGS?
If you have an alcohol servers license, we can probably find a job for you during the festival! Most of the wineries and breweries do their own hiring, but we can pass along your name and contact information to them. Just send us an email!
If you are interested in being a vendor at the festival please email Staci@LasCrucesEventPlanning.com.
